Rates And Policies

Rates

  • $2,000 per weekend (Thursday–Sunday) for up to 10 guests
  • Add Wednesday night for an additional $400 (a discount off our regular nightly rate of $666)
  • Rate covers up to 10 guests — the cabin's 9 beds comfortably sleep a group of 10

What's included

  • Full use of the cabin (9 beds across 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, up to 10 guests comfortably) and the workroom (10 crafting stations)
  • Hot tub, sunroom, kitchen with double ovens
  • Linens, towels, and hot tub towels provided
  • Main-floor laundry, available to guests
  • Fast Starlink Wi-Fi, great for a full house of guests online at once
  • Parking for up to 8 vehicles

What's not included

  • Food — this is a non-hosted retreat; guests bring and prepare their own meals
  • Cleaning fee is built into the rental fee — no separate charge

Booking & Payment
The full rental fee is due 2 months before the first day of your reserved dates (for example, if check-in is September 15th, the rental fee is due July 15th).
Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancel before your 2-month due date: full refund of the rental fee.
  • Cancel within 2 months of check-in: the rental fee is refundable only if we're able to re-book the weekend.
  • The $250 security/damage deposit is non-refundable if you cancel within 2 months of check-in — even if the weekend is re-booked.

Security/Damage Deposit

  • A $250 security/damage deposit confirms your reservation and is in addition to the rental fee.
  • Your deposit will be refunded within 30 days after your stay, provided it isn't needed to cover any accidental damages — as long as you don't choose to roll it over (see below).
  • Booking annually? You can roll your deposit over to a reservation for the same weekend the following calendar year instead of having it refunded.
  • If you book more than one stay per calendar year (January–December), a separate $250 deposit is required for each reservation.

Check-in / Check-out

  • Check-in: 10:00 AM on Thursday (or Wednesday if you've added and paid for the Wednesday night add-on)
  • Check-out: 5:00 PM on Sunday

House Rules

  • No pets
  • No smoking or vaping
  • No children — this retreat is designed as an adult getaway
  • Parking available for up to 8 vehicles
  • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM–6:00 AM
